RESERVATION

• By making a reservation you are acknowledging that you are authorized on behalf of all persons named in the reservation, that all name mentioned on reservation agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions
• When your reservation has been made, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Reservation will only be confirmed when we have received 50% deposit.
• Check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. if you notice any details are incorrect, please contact us.

RATES

• All prices are in US dollar and inclusive all the taxes (10% Service Charge + 8 % GST and Green Tax $3 per person per night)
• All the transaction subject to 3.5% to 4.0% Merchant fee
• Booking, Deposits, Payments, and Refund Policy
• Package prices apply to single Bedrooms, single occupancy. Maximum one person occupancy, Double Bedrooms, double occupancy. Maximum of two persons occupancy.
• 50% Deposit due at time of reservation. The rest can be paid during check-in.

PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations 30 days in advance of stay will receive a full refund.
• 50% refund if cancelled between 30 to 14 days before arrival.
• No refunds for guest cancellations closer than 14 to stay for any reason but may be transferred to another date if available.
• No refunds or transfers if cancelled within 7 days of scheduled arrival.
• Refunds for the hotel portion will be given only if the hotel is closed during that period.
• Dives not taken are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds for the dive portion will only be given if the trip does not go out for safety/weather or boat mechanical reasons. Suitability of weather and diving conditions is solely at the discretion of the Captain and Management
• Dives on the morning trip are not transferable or refundable and must be used during the package dates. Morning dives may be exchanged for afternoon dives on the same day only if space is available.
• It is solely the diver’s responsibility to meet all standard diving requirements (see dive policies) not included in the package.

DIVING INSURANCE

• Diving insurance is not included in the reservation.
• We provide DAN short-term Insurance, one day, to up to 30 days of diving protection plan.
• Dan Insurance is chargeable and obtain it a day prior to diving.

DISCLAIMER

• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah and its diving instructors or guides will not be responsible for any incidents such as injury, death, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense, or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of performing a diving activity, using diving equipment or exceptional weather conditions.
• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah is not liable to make any payment or give any refund or compensation of any amount over and above the total reservation amount paid by the customer.
• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah and its diving instructors or guides have the right to change the diving site and cancel the diving without prior notice, considering the weather and sea conditions.
• While we will give you the best assessment we can, Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah makes no guarantees of actual weather, visibility, sea state, or other environmental conditions during your stay and is not responsible for same, except as defined under the refund policy.

FORCE MAJEURE

• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah is not liable for delay and unexpected events or cases of Force majeure (bad weather, etc)

TERMINATION

• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract in the event the Hirer breach one or more of the Terms and Conditions herein.

INTERPRETATION

• This Contract is governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives
• Scuba Diving Rules
• Certification must be presented to be accepted as a diver.
• An orientation dive is mandatory for all certified divers. The exceptions are dive professionals (dive master and above), divers with 100+ logged dives with recent dive experience.
• Valid dive insurance is mandatory for all the divers.
• Maximum Depth Limit is 30 meters.
• Maximum Dive Time is 45 minutes.
• Daily Dive sites will be chosen based on the weather conditions and level of the diver’s experience.
• All Dive activities are subject to weather condition and minimum number of guests.

GENERAL

• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah strongly recommends that all guests obtain appropriate Travel, Medical and Diving insurance.
• It is the Hirer’s and the Guests’ sole responsibility to ensure that they comply with the Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Maldives
• Extreme Dive Fuvahmulah takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions by the Hirer and their guests, that are illegal or breach any Laws or Regulations of the Republic of Maldives
• The Maldives is a Muslim country, so you are advised to wear conservative clothing when visiting the local islands. If you plan to visit a mosque or religious site, in particular, you must wear clothes that cover your knees and shoulders, and women may be required to cover their heads.
